Produced through multilayer co-extrusion and precision biaxial orientation, the film is designed to balance low surface friction, good opening behavior, antistatic performance and dependable heat sealing. It can be supplied with a single-sided or double-sided heat-sealable structure and customized according to the requirements of different packaging machines.
The low-friction surface helps the film move smoothly across forming collars, guides and other machine contact points, while the heat-sealing layer supports rapid and consistent package formation. This makes the film particularly suitable for VFFS and HFFS systems handling food, daily consumer products and other flexible packaging applications.
High-performance slip additives are incorporated into the surface layer to reduce friction between the BOPP film and machine contact surfaces. As the film passes continuously through forming, guiding and sealing sections, controlled surface slip helps minimize unnecessary resistance during film movement.

The antistatic masterbatch incorporated into HUA HENG High Slip Matte Heat Sealable BOPP Film helps dissipate accumulated static during processing, supporting more reliable film separation and handling.
