The Challenge

During high-speed filling on automatic packaging machines such as pillow packaging machines, the sealing dwell time is extremely short. If a conventional film has a high initial sealing temperature or a narrow heat-sealing window, the heat-sealing layer may not fully melt and bond within the limited heating time. This can result in weak or incomplete seals. During subsequent compression, handling, and transportation, the package may develop bursting edges and air leakage, potentially causing product oxidation, deterioration, and costly downstream claims.

The surface layer of Thermal Bonding Film is co-extruded with a specially formulated, high-efficiency heat-sealing masterbatch.
