Ultra-Wide Heat-Sealing Window & Low-Friction System: Through precision slip treatment of the surface layer, the coefficient of friction (COF) was stabilized at ≤0.25. This enabled smooth film feeding and excellent resistance to thermal shear during high-frequency pulling and instantaneous sealing at speeds exceeding 250 packs per minute, helping prevent sealing-knife sticking, film jams, and thermal perforation.

The film also features very low thermal shrinkage and high tensile stiffness, with MD tensile strength reaching ≥120 MPa. This helps maintain a compact, flat, wrinkle-free package after forming, while ensuring that printed medical protection markings and traceability/anti-counterfeiting barcodes remain accurately reproduced without registration deviation.

Q1: Will the Film Lose Sealing Strength or Develop Slow Air Leakage if Dust or Grease Gets into the Sealing Area?

No. The heat-sealing layer of HUA HENG's BOPP Automatic Packaging Film is formulated for excellent contaminant-tolerant heat-sealing performance. During the extremely short sealing cycle at 120°C for 0.3 seconds, the molten sealing layer rapidly flows around and encapsulates small amounts of powder or grease present in the sealing area.

With heat-seal strength maintained at ≥2.0 N/15mm, the film supports strong, flat, and reliable seals even in packaging environments where fine powders or small amounts of grease may be present, helping reduce the risk of air leakage and sealing defects.
